Samuel Proctor (1789-1860) was married to Anne Gray (1783-1859). They had six children including Edward Moore Proctor (1819-1890), father of Margaret Proctor Burwash.
Title continues...Methodist classleader. Veteran of the Grenadier Guards, Waterloo. Pioneer Methodist in Sarnia Township. He was wounded at Waterloo but saved by his Bible over his heart which caught the first bullet.
